DESIGNER

Job Title: Designer

Job Duration: Full Time

Company: Flagship Consulting is a London-based corporate and brand PR consultancy with a US partner, Peppercom.  We are committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients through a range of traditional and digital communications services.

Job Requirements: Are you ready to work with some highly talented people in a very creative team environment? Flagship Consulting is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial digital designer to create strong, high-impact work for both UK and US clients and assist in growing its digital and social media team.

Education: Degree preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ years of varied working experience as a designer
  • Proficiency in Print design using QuarkXpress, In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop is required
  • Interactive experience is a plus, (knowledge of HTML, PowerPoint, flash, etc)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills, as well as thorough attention to detail are a must
  • Familiarity and experience with social media platforms
  • Commercial experience

Primary responsibilities as Designer:

  • Meet with clients and in-house producer to organise and develop ongoing projects
  • Involved in communication campaigns as part of a comprehensive
    brand strategy for our clients, which may include design and development of web sites, e-marketing, presentations and other interactive projects
  • Presents concepts and helps ”sell” the design solutions to clients

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Help select freelance talent
  • Evaluate and recommend new procedures
  • Proactively grow client base
