Flagship launches digital division
28th February 2011Capitalising on our award-winning digital work with clients Discover Winchester and Docklands Light Railway, Flagship has launched a dedicated digital and social media division.
The division provides a range of services for B2B and B2C companies from digital PR and social media management, to training, crisis management and a range of associated services such as apps, website development, viral games and videos.
The growth in online communication is well documented, and it’s impossible to deny that audiences are talking online about the brands they interact with. It’s our role at Flagship Digital to understand these conversations – who, what, where and, most importantly, why – so we can engage with individuals to benefit our clients.
PR is all about building and protecting reputation. At Flagship we manage reputation via conversations that influence. We target set audiences using relevant content and draw them in to achieve what we set out to do.
We understand that people access information in a variety of ways throughout the day. Our job is to help our clients identify a mix of channels, including blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, print media and broadcast to best reach their target audiences.
So, although a separate division, the key to Flagship’s success is our integrated approach. All our campaigns work hard, bringing together the on and offline worlds, old and new techniques, to ensure messages engage the right people.
We’re very excited to be taking a focussed approach to this area of communication and we’re making the most of the new media opportunities as they appear. We have started working with new clients to develop their digital presence, and look forward to building this division.
