New combination provides platform to expand strategic communications and marketing services to Peppercom Inc clients in United Kingdom and throughout Europe

26 October 2011 – London: Flagship Consulting, and Peppercom Inc, a leading US communications agency headquartered in New York (“Peppercom”), are forming a strategic alliance to provide clients with a broad array of marketing and communications services in the UK and Europe. One of the world’s leading independent communications firms, Peppercom is currently ranked 25 on the US PR Week list.

The alliance will enable Peppercom’s and Flagship’s clients to tap a variety of integrated communications and marketing services, including digital and social media strategy and campaign management, public relations, crisis communications, creative services, editorial development, licensing and web development.

Commenting on the alliance, Edward Moed, managing partner and co-founder of Peppercom said, “Our partnership with Flagship will provide clients with a depth and quality of service in the UK and throughout Europe that they have come to expect from Peppercom in the Americas. After an exhaustive review of potential partners in London, we are convinced Flagship possesses the skills, expertise and culture we need to service our global brand clients with sophisticated marketing and communications campaigns.”

Moed added, “Peppercom’s growth is enabling us to make strategic investments that improve how and where we service our clients. As a result, we intend to grow our relationship with Flagship over time and make an equity investment in the firm by the end of the year.”

Flagship Chief Executive Diana Soltmann said, “We are delighted to be working with a partner that can provide us with an international reach and a full-service communications approach. What has really excited us about Peppercom is their ability to innovate and push the boundaries of communication thinking.”

  • Snap to it with Instagram

Suddenly, everyone’s a photographer.  Retro inspired shots of door handles and street scenes litter my twitter, and Facebook’s just a mélange of sepia snaps.  Instagram fever is sweeping the nation, as users take and share photos with their smart phone, using filters to add vintage effects. Originally exclusive to iPhone users, the Android app launched

An example is a recent ‘conversation’ (yes, we did converse face-to-face) with my daughter where I asked if she had spoken to a friend; she responded saying yes, they
